In addition to identifying investment opportunities for impact investors, practitioners, and policy-makers, this report provides an overview of key supply, demand, and infrastructure drivers affecting the development of Oregon’s regional food system.

We also sought to illuminate aggregation, processing, and distribution infrastructure gaps inhibiting the flow of whole and minimally processed agricultural and food products for everyone from small and mid-scale Oregon producers to domestic wholesale food buyers.
