Join the Urban Gleaners’ Second Annual Summer Supper—a one-of-a-kind walk-around tasting experience that celebrates Portland’s vibrant food scene, highlights the power of upcycled ingredients, and supports our mission to fight food waste and food insecurity in our community. This unforgettable evening features 14 of Portland’s most acclaimed chefs, each crafting inspired small plates using gleaned and upcycled ingredients—transforming what’s often discarded into something extraordinary. Complementing the culinary creations will be a curated selection of local beer, wine, craft cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages from some of the region’s favorite vendors. Summer Supper is more than just a feast—it’s a celebration of sustainability, creativity, and community. Explore interactive booths hosted by our nonprofit partners and local farms we glean from, and take part in fun, educational activities centered around food systems and sustainability. This all-ages, family-friendly event includes tastes from each chef and a complimentary drink ticket (*additional drink tickets available for purchase). Come hungry, leave inspired—and help us turn surplus into something delicious.
