Stinkfest Queens and Ecotrust present: The Annual 2025 Portland Fermentation Festival!
Sample fermented foods and beverages, get tips and recipes from professional and amateur makers.
Categories include: Pickled Vegetables – Kraut – Meat / Fish Liquid – Dairy – Solid Dairy – Liquid: Non-alcohol / Alcohol – Soy Ferments (Tempeh, Natto, Miso) and Other!
Admission is $15-$20.
Children 12 and under attend for free.
