Welcome to WasabiFest PDX! It’s an eclectic lineup of Portland chefs and artists to ignite your senses. The day will be filled with samples from some of Oregon’s most creative minds in the food industry, saké tastings from the US and Japan, demonstrations on ways to use wasabi, workshops and activities.
Predominantly grown in Japan, Korea and the Russian Far East, wasabi is also cultivated on the Oregon coast.
