I assess the outcomes of projects at Ecotrust with a racial equity-focused evaluation lens. I lead the collection of Ecotrust’s indicators, an annual exercise that provides a snapshot of organizational performance. Some of my previous work include economic and urban planning consulting in Portland, Ore., and international food policy in Washington, D.C. I moved to the US from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to complete my degree in sociology from Washington State University, masters in urban policy and planning from Tufts University, and certificate in nonprofit program evaluation from Portland State University. Outside of work, I find delight in making comfort food from home. I also enjoy watching my little ones explore and make sense of the world through nature.
