Jenny Tseng

At Ecotrust, I am the Farm to School Fellow. Throughout my one-year fellowship, I will be supporting schools and early childhood sites in building relationships and knowledge on local and culturally relevant foods, as well as helping them integrate hands-on learning about food systems. I recently graduated from UC Berkeley, where I supported the university’s food pantry, researched school meal reform in collaboration with Oakland Unified School District, and helped start and lead the university’s first outdoors club for BIPOC students. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking for others and spending time in nature.
