Indigenous Community Engagement Manager

At Ecotrust, I am the Indigenous Community Engagement Manager, where I support the Indigenous Leadership Program to plan and execute the Indigenous Leadership Awards ceremony. I have a deep interested in elevating Indigenous voices and communities and serve partially on the Communications Team to create content for our social media channels and blog. Before coming to Ecotrust, I wrote for High Country News, an editorial magazine dedicated to covering the West in all its complexity. I served as a staff writer on the Indigenous Affairs desk covering issues pertaining to environmental justice and indigenous sovereignty.
