I am Sauk-Suiattle/Yakama and have made a career of my deep relationships across Indian Country and the written word. I’ve been a journalist, a publicist, a strategist, from mainstream media to deep in tribal communities. At Ecotrust, I am Vice President of Tribal Lands and Waters, leading a talented team of scientists, data innovators and storytellers in works with Tribes from California to Alaska, to the Oregon Coast, the waters of Nch’i Wana, and the shores of Salish Sea, my home base.
