At Ecotrust, I’m part of the onsite events and operations team, where I manage logistics, audio-visual, inventory, ordering, and maintenance at the Natural Capital Center (NCC) and Redd on Salmon. I joined on a temporary basis to provide coverage during a team member’s maternity leave, and my current focus is streamlining processes, creating clear standard operating procedures, organizing systems that empower the whole team, and being an overall morale booster.
I bring 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, working across fine dining, luxury brands, and family-owned establishments. With a background in marketing and communications and a Midwest work ethic, I’m driven by service, collaboration, operational excellence, and learning from people who are masters of their craft. You’ll usually find me between the Redd and the NCC, ideally with a slice of pizza not too far away.
