Shima Salehi

Shima joins Summit Trail Advisors in 2024, establishing the Oregon office as a Partner, bringing 18 years of experience in advising families, entrepreneurs, and business owners on all aspects of their finances. She has built her practice on developing genuine connections, identifying planning gaps, and solving her clients’ complex financial needs through implementing various wealth management solutions including investment management, wealth transfer and planning, as well as credit strategies.

Prior to joining Summit Trail, Shima spent 8 years at BNP/Bank of the West as Senior Vice President and Key Client Advisor, working with the Ultra-high net worth clients of the organization in the Pacific NW. She also spent several years in leadership, managing the Oregon, Washington, Idaho teams for BNP Wealth Management. She started her career in the industry at Wells Fargo, where in her ten years as Vice President she served in multiple roles advising high net worth families.

In addition to her wealth management career, Shima is an active member in the community. She is a current board and finance committee member for Campfire Columbia, and a budget committee member for the city of Lake Oswego. Shima lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon with her husband and their two children. She enjoys traveling and the global food and wine scene, as well as staying active and volunteering.
