Teresa Gaddy

Director of Education and Workforce

I am responsible for all things Green Workforce Academy; from teaching to scheduling, facilitating our collaborative, recruiting and outreach, and offering mentorship to graduates of the program. Central to my role is relationship building—with potential employers, participants, and the myriad of informal partners who support our program as guest speakers and site hosts. As a mixed race Native (Tewa) and white person with a background in environmental education, the work I do at Ecotrust is close to my heart. Some of my favorite ways to spend time are harvesting and sharing the bounty, engaging in meaningful conversations, traveling, and savoring a good cup of black tea.
