PORTLAND, Ore, August 25, 2016 — On September 20, Portland nonprofit Ecotrust will celebrate their 25th anniversary with a birthday party at the Redd on Salmon Street. The event will feature farmer-chef demonstrations with Kelly Myers of Xico working with Cattail Creek Lamb and Scott Dolich of Park Kitchen with Iliamna Fish Company, live music by Portland band Horsefeathers, an appearance by Oregon’s Poet Laureate Elizabeth Woody, and an experiential collaboration with Opsis Architecture. Dinner will be provided by Simpatica with support by Organically Grown Company and Oregon Culinary Institute with beverages by an array of breweries and wineries including A to Z Wineworks, Basecamp Brewing, Wildstock Wines and Finnriver Cidery.
