The Gathering: “Economies of the future. Grounded in culture.”
The Northwest Native Chamber (NWNC) thrives on the following pillars of service: Education & Growth, Building Relationships, and Economic Justice & Transformation. The Gathering is an amalgamation of all of these pillars.
The Student Academic Achievement Awards, a non-scholarship direct financial assistance award that supports their Native students academic pursuits based on academic excellence and engagement in community occurs during the event programming, centering their first pillar of service.
Each year, The Gathering brings together Tribal representatives, corporate partners, city, county, state & federal government agencies, and community leaders to celebrate the contributions of NWNC members and the Native business community.
This year, the event will feature Chef Jack Strong (Siletz) who will be supported by Vibrant Table Catering & Events. This food will be sourced from some of NWNC’s Farming and Agricultural clients.
Up and coming fashion designers will also be featured throughout the evening.
All of this will be wrapped up with a performance by The Snotty Nose Rez Kids at 8:30.
Reserve a ticket today to join us in celebration of NWNC’s expansion to Washington and Idaho and to celebrate the successes of NWNC in 2023!
