In 2023, we see examples of how focusing at the root can lead to new growth, opportunities, new ways to bring positive change to communities, economies, and the environment that sustains us all. We’ve been building trusting relationships, and powerful regional collaboratives are growing out of that trust. Listening, learning, and sharing stories has led to insights that are shaping the future of our work. From organization-wide initiatives to embed equitable principles, program design and staff supports have flourished to be more representative, more responsive, more resilient.
