Ali Davis

Ali is currently a Development Associate at Edlen & Co. focusing on mixed-income, middle-income, and affordable housing projects including public-private and nonprofit partnerships. Ali assists with deal souring and manages predevelopment including due diligence, contract management, design, entitlements, and financial modeling.

Prior to joining Edlen & Co. in May 2023, Ali worked in commercial real estate as a Broker with Apex Real Estate Partners focused on office and mixed-used leasing, acquisition, and disposition, including the representation of several nonprofit organizations. Before joining the world of real estate, Ali worked in business development and program management for Social Venture Partners Portland, a nonprofit focused on capacity building in early childhood education, where she is still involved as a Partner working on the Childcare Facilities Initiative.
